MRG App provides a digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of mobile parts, phones, and accessories.

  • Sellers must ensure that all product information is accurate, genuine, and lawful.

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying product quality and authenticity before purchase.

  • MRG App is not directly involved in transactions and does not guarantee any product or service offered by users.

  • All payments should be made using secure, approved channels only.

5. Membership and Subscriptions

We offer membership plans that provide additional visibility, features, or listing limits.

  • Fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated.

  • MRG App reserves the right to change pricing or membership terms at any time with prior notice.

6. User Content

By posting or uploading content (such as product images, descriptions, or reviews), you grant MRG App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for marketing or operational purposes.
You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software within MRG App are the property of MR Group Tech or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any material without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

  • Use automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers.

  • Interfere with app performance or security.

9. Payments and Transactions

All in-app payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
MRG App does not store user payment credentials such as card details, UPI, or banking information.

Applicable taxes and fees are displayed before checkout.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR Group Tech and MRG App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the app.

  • Data loss or unauthorized access.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the MRG App if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any legal or business reason.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
