MRG App connects buyers and sellers, but does not supply products directly. Refund and cancellation handling depends on the seller’s policy. However, we enforce the minimum standards below to protect both sides.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before the seller ships the product.

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You will need to request a return (if the seller supports returns).

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  1. The seller fails to ship your order within the promised time.

  2. You receive a wrong, damaged, or counterfeit product.

  3. The product delivered does not match the listing description.

Refund Process

  • Submit your refund request via app or email: support@mrgrouptech.com.

  • Provide order ID, photos (if applicable), and a clear reason.

  • We review the case and coordinate with the seller.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refund timelines:

  • Razorpay or bank refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Buyer remorse (changed mind) after the seller has shipped.

  • Damage caused by the buyer.

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable.

Disputes

If the seller and buyer disagree, MRG App reserves the right to evaluate the evidence and make the final decision.
